We took our dog here for a bath, and the setup was perfect. There were a variety of shampoos that came free with the purchase which was really nice. Brushes were also available. We were able to get in and out, and our pup was back to her fluffy self.

Cashier Elijah did a great job today. He listened well to what I asked for and responded respectfully and efficiently. Made me feel like a valued customer.

Unhappy today with you guys, little peeps are in distress because no water, mentioned this to two employees, no one seems to care, cashier gave me a blank stare and a grunt.. literally. This takes minutes to remedy. And if the watering containers were hung as designed which you do have the ability from the overhead cages, you wouldn't even have to monitor it. Distressed or dying peeps are not in your best promotion.

We came in to get our first chicks and the experience could not have been better. The store was busy and understaffed but Alexis was wonderfully helpful. She made time to talk with my two young boys and involve them in the process of picking the chicks. Susie at checkout was just as kind and friendly. Thank you ladies for making our day!

Years ago when I first came here, the staff was so friendly and helpful when I was first getting into chickens. The experience stuck with me and I've come back here multiple times ever since. Great people, super helpful and knowledgeable.
